The ceremony will be in Spanish, with interventions in Italian and English.
There is very little parking next to Sagrada Familia, so my suggestions:
get there by taxi (FreeNow app) or Cabify, it shouldn't be much more than 20 euros from inside Barcelona
get there by metro (metro stop Sagrada Familia, L2 or L5) or bus
if you are staying at the Hotel Alimara, the quickest way is metro L3 (direction Zona Universitaria) until Diagonal stop and L5 (direction Vall d'Hebron)
